Our First Home Improvement Project

The Kids wanted to help paint as well. We let them paint a board as seen above. I then painted "Hill Kids Playroom" Caution: Enter at your own risk: Imaginations at work!!. WE hung it up in the playroom. The kids were really excited. We were happy too because then they didn't mess up our paint job in the bathroom!

This is what we did in our bathroom. Its a small bathroom so its hard to get the whole bathroom in the picture. The main thing we did is the flooring and painting. We painted it just white because it is so small and we wanted it to not feel so small by painting it a different color. Also it matches the counter and shower better. Mark did the tiling and we painted. It looks good.

Happy St Patricks Day!

Mark's sister had her baby on Saturday, March 17th. Happy St. Patrick's Day! They say his hair even looks a little red. This will be good for our kids to have a boy on this side! No more PRINCESS stuff! His name is Wellyn (named after a place in England where his other Grandpa was raised/grew up). We're excited for them. We can't wait to see him.

After a couple of hours of downloading pictures, I have finally finished. I tried some funny pictures, but I can't get them downloaded. I've been able to clean the bathrooms, finish the ironing, do laundry and clean up the kitchen. Stupid. Then when I finally got these pictures downloaded the battery went out before I could post, so I'm posting it again. So enjoy these pictures. i think they are cute.
Also I wanted to say thanks for all the birthday wishes. I got your messages. We had dinner with some cousins and went swimming. It wasd fun. Hope you all are great.

THe Visit

Mark's parents came up late Friday and stayed for Saturday. It was fun. They came to celebrate birthdays and bring Katelyn and Emily up to play with the kids. We went to a breakfast, had a fun lunch, the boys/men went to a cave and had fun. Below are some pictures. I'll try to post the other pictures later. It took a little bit, but there are some fun ones. We had fun.

Our Bedrooms

Well I thought that you'd like to see some pictures of our house. These are of our bedrooms. The kids wanted to show them off for you. The above is Mark and my bedroom. We have a little bathroom at the end of the room. The closet is on the left and the window is on the right.

This is Elisabeth's room. She sleeps on a mattress on the floor, but actually prefers sleeping on the floor. Her closet is to the right. She does better at nights now.

This is the boys room. Their closet is on the otherside of the dresser. They love to play together whenever its bedtime or naptime. Lizzie tries to join them, but nope. THey are enjoying jumping Brigham's bed.

Our Family

This is our oldest, Alex,, our tough guy. He loves to be a protector and he loves helping with EVERYTHING. He loves to play and take care of his sibblings.

This is our middle child, Brigham, big guy. He is a comedian. He loves to tease and smile and laugh. He has been known to change into any character at the drop of a hat.

Lissie, is our youngest, AKA stinks. She loves to princess stuff and dance. She got this ballet stuff for her birthday. She also loves to play superheros with her brothers.
