Before

This is our house before we have done the work. Notice the wonderful carpet and all the holes in the wall that have been patched. You can see the primer. The carpet is 30 years old and the couple that lived here never changed their furniture or pictures around. They were retired and this was their retirement home.
This is the kitchem
This is the living room. Gotta love the curtains.
The hallway with the tape on ready to paint.
The kitchen getting ready to paint.
So that is what it looks like Before. Hold tight to see the process.

Lissie's THREE!

I can't believe that my little girl and baby is now three. We let her open her presents the morning of her birthday as we weren't going to be around that evening. We were going to hang out with my family. (Pictures later) She first opened a pack of ouch gum. Exciting. It was almost gone that day. She shared with her brothers and I finally took it away to last a couple more.
She loves princess etc. I didn't want anymore dolls so I got her a camera. She also got some running shoes that match her brothers only pink.
I've made all the kids a quilt with the material that I was given. This is Lissies. (not quite finished in this photo, but I have finished it and she loves it).
Here is her cake. It says sweetheart with a bunch of candy hearts on it. (Her bday is the day after vday).
Her brothers excited for her. She loved being able to chose out her supper, hot dogs, chips, soday and potato salad. She also chose out bubble gum icecream. Yum.
This is a sucker she received. She loved it!
SO that is my little three year old. We also have painted our house and will get carpet tomorrow. I'll post pictures later. If you can't wait you can go to the price's blog. I'm just behind on these things. Been a little busy.

Yeah, we didn't have to cook!

I've been meaning to post these for a while. This is one of our great Christmas presents. I think it ended up lasting us 2 or three meals! The Olive Garden adventure...

Alex, here. He tried everything and liked most of it.
Brigham was happy with his pizza and breadsticks. (the window was really drafty and cold for him).
And lissie enjoying the salad. Yum.
Thanks

Open House

We were able to go to the Rexburg temple open house. It was absolutely gorgeous, as most temples are. There is a theme of wheat garner throughout. We had a good time. The kids and mom seeing the angel Moroni.
The corner stone.
All of us in the front.
Oops cut off Lissie's head, and my sleave got in the way of Moroni. We had a good time.

KNex...check it out!

Alex made this ferris wheel all by himself! He only needed me to put the wheel on, because he couldn't get it on. I was pretty amazed.
Lissie wanted to be part of the action.

The Hill name will remain strong in this family!

We weren't going to find out what we were having, but Mark couldn't wait. I even let the kids decide if they wanted to know or wait until he was born. They wanted to wait. We found out, but we figured it was a boy. We are really excited. Brigham started shaking he was so excited, and once Lissie found out that she would get to share a room for a couple of years, she was excited and didn't care that it wasn't a girl. Alex let me know that he could help with the baby whenever I needed him to and keeps offering his services. He was a little bumbed that for part of the time when the baby was little, that he'd be in school. You can't really tell if the baby will be bigger at this stage because they all measure the same as their first starting to grow. They usually can't tell until the last couple of months, so we'll have to see . So if you haven't gotten it by now, we are having a boy.

Here's # 4

Well we had our ultrasound today. THe kids were excited to see what the baby looked like. Sorry we don't have a scanner so I took this with the camera. The kids were excited. The baby's mouth opened for us a few times and also moved around a bit. The projected dates from the measurements show that I'm almost right on for the due date, only one day off, where with the other kids it showed the baby was about a week off. It was exciting and so for so good everything looks well. Quite the little mover.
